£80-90k basic plus package to be discussed in process
Due to growth, a fast paced and highly original quick service restaurant / grab and go food retail group are looking to appoint an original thinking head of marketing to their leadership team. Reporting into the board, the head of marketing will have the full spectrum of input and operational control of the marketing function across the group. Key accountabilities will include:
·     Group digital and social media strategy
·     Development of in store marketing and point of sale collateral
·     Management of agency relationships
·     Implementation and design of promotional campaigns, loyalty etc  
·     Input into the evolution of the proposition
·     New store opening launch marketing planning and implementation
·     Developing competitor awareness, keeping board informed of developments and themes in market
·     Ownership of customer insight, and developing customer journey
·     Assisting board in identifying and assessing new site locations, providing insight and due diligence
·     Proven track record in senior marketing role (‘head of’ or ‘director of marketing’)
·     A clear understanding of the B2C marketing landscape
·     Experience gained within a B2C environment – retail, leisure, hospitality etc
·     Can demonstrate strong working knowledge of the full marketing mix, including social media, digital and in store.
·     Strong financial acumen, having owned marketing budgets and spends in previous roles
·     Keen to work within a fast paced, growing environment – sleeves will need to be rolled up!
·     Marketing related qualification and degree educated
