My client is a leading developer and operator of high-end retirement villages who also offer additional support and services. As part of planned expansion, they are now seeking a sales professional to lead the sales activities in one of their most exciting developments to date. Reporting into regional sales manager the sales manager will be accountable for:
·     Developing a local network of referral sources and contacts who will assist in passing on enquiries
·     Manage local networking activities, including setting up open days and events
·     Manage all incoming enquiries and point of contact through to close and post deposit customer care and relationship management
·     Conduct show rounds and fact find consolations with prospective clients
·     Work with clients to package and layer service levels to be agreed, including elements of property type, care requirements and options extra lifestyle packages
This role is a pro-active focussed and client facing sales role, and as such we are keen to speak to professionals with a background in sales from within the retirement and/or the care home sales sector from within the UK market. You will be able to demonstrate exposure to:
·     Selling care home, home care and/retirement properties or services
·     Evidence building a referral network from within the healthcare and professional sectors
·     You care or retirement sales experience is a business to consumer sell – you are selling directly to the end user, not a corporate or business contact
·     Evidence of full sales cycle ownership, born from the care, home care or retirement sector
