Client sales consultant – senior

My client is a standard bearer in their respective service sector. Operating throughout the country they are now seeking a proven sales and business development professional to deliver for their business in Marlborough.
Reporting into the head of operations, the client sales consultant will be responsible for the full 360 degree sales and marketing cycle for their business. Activities will include:
· Managing and developing a network of referrals sources within the local Marlborough area.
· Set up and manage networking events and open days
· Tap into local focus / community and business groups to facilitate referral network growth
· Lead and partake in local events and charitable causes to assist in raising profile of business
· Management of all incoming enquires, referrals and business leads
· Face to face consultations with prospective clients, including fact-finds, presentations and closing where required
· Maintaining dialogue with often more than one decision maker in the process at one time
What we need:
· We are looking for a successful sales professional with a mix of B2B and B2C sellingexperience. (essential to have both)
· Skills built up and around a consultative selling setting
· Can demonstrate a track record of developing new business or new referral/business relationships.
· Ideally working with a high value and / or a complex product or service.
